Major League Soccer has new neighbors: the North American Soccer League has completed its relocation to new headquarters in New York City, just four blocks
from MLS's 5th Avenue offices, having previously been based in Miami.
"The major sporting organizations in the United States have a presence in New York City, which is recognized as a hub
for global businesses and media, so it is a natural progression as the NASL evolves to be based here," said NASL Commissioner Bill Peterson
. "We look forward to
increasing number of staff who will be based here in New York and are excited about the new season kicking off later this month."
The NASL will be based at 31 West 34th Street, just
a couple of hundred yards from the Empire State Building.
Like MLS's, the NASL's offices are on the seventh floor.
