Mexico pulls out win with pair of stoppage-time goals

[USA UNDER-18 MEN] The U.S. under-18 men’s national team suffered to a 4-3 defeat to Mexico on a pair of stoppage-time goals by Erick Aguirre to conclude its stay at U.S. Soccer’s National Training Center in Carson, Calif.

The U.S. led on three occasions thanks to a first-half penalty kick by Jorge Ruiz (LA Galaxy academy) and second-half strikes from Sebastian Elney (Boca United) and Sebastian Saucedo (Real Salt Lake AZ).

The USA won its first game with a 2-1 win over Canada thanks to goals by Justen Glad, who recently signed as a homegrown player with Real Salt Lake, and Coy Craft of the FC Dallas academy program.
