Holdovers lead Rhinos to win against Fire Reserves

[USL PRO: Week 6] The Rochester Rhinos got goals from Minh Vu and JC Banks to defeat the Chicago Fire Reserves, 2-0, for their first win of the 2014 season.

Tyler Rosenlund set up Vu for the first goal in the first half, and sub Johnny Mendoza for the late insurance goal.

Vu, Banks and Rosenlund were the only holdovers from the 2013 Rochester team in the Rhinos' lineup against the Fire as new coach Bob Lilley has gone out and built a new team with rookies John McCarthy (LaSalle) and Alec Sundly (Cal on loan from New England) in the starting lineup to go along with veterans like Colin Rolfe (Houston Dynamo) and Samuel Petrone (who played professionally in Sweden and Iceland).
