Texas cop attacks high school soccer fans

[VIDEO PICK: Off the Post] A Texas policeman has been placed on paid administrative leave after tripping and pushing high-schoolers who ran onto the field to celebrate their varsity girls team winning a state championship.

The bizarre behavior of Officer George Bermudez of the Georgetown police was caught on video after Austin Vandegrift won its first-ever title with a 1-0 win over Wylie East.

“After personally watching the videos, the actions of my officer are very concerning to me as well,” said Georgetown Police Chief Wayne Nero.

Is it just me, or did this seem personal? What the heck? (Cocks head to side)

No excuse for this behavior. He should be fired for malicious attacks on the teens. Never, ever put him anyplace near a crowd of people. Shameful!!

It's Texas. Police abuse is pretty bad there and this isn't Friday Night Football.

I wish Texas would just succede and join Mexico, where they would fit right in with the cartels. How did Barbara Jordan and Clint Dempsey ever come from there?
