Guide map created for National Youth License courses

[COACHING EDUCATION] U.S. Youth Soccer has created a guide map for its National Youth License courses on its NYL page for easy access to course site, dates and registration information.

The NYL course focuses on the Zone 1 age groups (U6-U12), which represents the majority of registered soccer players in our country.

The NYL sessions explore role of the coach as a facilitator; the physical, mental and emotional needs and capabilities of players from 4-12; the lessons from developmental psychology; and the art of teaching. Candidates are videotaped for analysis during live training sessions.
