Report: UEFA Offers to Settle with City, PSG Over FFP

Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have been offered settlements for breaching UEFA’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules that were designed to limit clubs’ financial losses instead of being banned from next season’s Champions League, Reuters reports, claiming that the punishments likely to be handed out could include fines or limits on the size of squads that they can field in the competition next season. Meanwhile, EU lawyers claim that execs from rival clubs could cry foul that big spenders like City and PSG are not being hit with harder sanctions.
