Professional soccer players in England will no longer be allowed to bet on games or make any soccer-related wagers anywhere in the world, the English FA announced on Wednesday. The ruling, whichcomes into force on Aug. 1, covers players from the Premier League down to the Football Conference and its lower regional divisions.
