Parma has lost its appeal against the Italian Soccer Federation [FIGC], which decided not to grant the club a UEFA license to play in the Europa League next season due to late payments.Italy’s High Court on Thursday ruled to uphold the FIGC’s decision to deny the documentation needed for Roberto Donadoni’s men to play in European competition next season. Thedecision means that Torino, which thought it had agonizingly missed out on Europe with the final kick of last season, will be given a chance to compete in the Europa League qualifier this summer.
