Brazil tops charts in Twitter support

[SOCCER MEDIA WATCH] Brazil might be struggling so far to win over its fans, but they are certainly tweeting about them. The Brazil-Croatia and Brazil-Mexico games rank 1-2 in terms of the number of tweets at 12.2 million and 8.95 million. The USA-Ghana match ranks seventh with 4.9 million tweets. The USA did garner support from all sorts of stars from the worlds of sports, entertainment and politics. For a sampling.
