Brazil-Mexico breaks Univision group stage record

[SOCCER ON THE AIR] The Brazil-Mexico game on Univision was the most-viewed group stage match in the Spanish-language history with an average of 6.8 million viewers for Tuesday's game. ESPN averaged 4.2 million viewers, putting the total audience for the match on the two networks to 11 million viewers.
The Brazil-Mexico game beats out the Mexico-France match (6 million viewers) and Mexico-South Africa match (5.9 million viewers) in 2010.

During the Brazil-Mexico match, Univision stations had higher viewership than the ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX stations combined in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco and Phoenix.

    That was an exciting game! No harm to either team on the score but both need to watch out, especially Mexico because Croatia could be the spoilers! Then again, Ochoa was awesome. Can he do it again?
