Atletico Madrid President Enrique Cerezo on Monday noted that the Diego Costa-to-Chelsea deal is still not completed, despite being mentioned as a near certainty for several weeksnow. Both Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho and Costa himself have conceded that the transfer would happen sooner rather than later, but Cerezo insisted that no official offer has come in for theSpain international, as yet.
