Manchester United on Friday finally completed the twin signings of Ander Herrera from Athletic Bilbao, and Luke Shaw from Southampton. While Herrera’s transfer fee was in excess of 29 million pounds ($49.4million), Shaw, who is just 18, joins United for close to 27 million pounds ($46 million).
