The Daily Telegraph reports that Premier League giant Arsenal is planning a 60 million pound ($102.7 million) transfer swoop that would see the North London club sign Lars Bender from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen, Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle United, and Alexis Sanchez from La Liga giant Barcelona. The trio would complete coach Arsene Wenger’s stated list of priorities in signing a center midfielder, a right back and a striker. According to the Telegraph, none of the deals has been completed, but those for Sanchez and Debuchy are at the most advanced stage, with the players having indicated a desire to join the Gunners.
