AS is reporting that
Álvaro Morata has effectively become a Juventus player. The Spanish daily says that the only outstanding item is a final written confirmation from the Italian
club, which should be a formality now that the clubs and the player are in agreement. The deal appeared to become derailed when Juve coach
Antonio Conte resigned, but the new man in the
job,
Massimiliano Allegri, has approved the deal and even called Morata personally. The striker could arrive in Italy this weekend, the report says.
