U.S. SOCCER: Arena calls up 18 player for Haiti game

Bruce Arena named the 18 players to face Haiti March 13 at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Fla. (TV: HDNet, DirecTV pay-per-view, live, 8 pm ET).

Fulham defender Carlos Bocanegra is the only foreign-based player. He is currently serving a three-game suspension from all English competitions that begins with this weekend's game against Manchester United.

The only uncapped players in camp will be Colorado Rapids defender Ritchie Kotschau and New England Revolution forward Pat Noonan.

The team will arrive in Miami March 7 with training scheduled to begin the following day.


Goalkeepers: Kevin Hartman (Los Angeles Galaxy), Jonny Walker (MetroStars).

Defenders: Carlos Bocanegra (Fulham/ENG), Dan Califf (Los Angeles Galaxy), Cory Gibbs (Dallas Burn), Ritchie Kotschau (Colorado Rapids), Eddie Pope (MetroStars).

Midfielders: Chris Armas (Chicago Fire), DaMarcus Beasley (Chicago Fire), Bobby Convey (D.C. United), Pablo Mastroeni (Colorado Rapids), Richard Mulrooney (San Jose Earthquakes), Steve Ralston (New England Revolution).

Forwards: Landon Donovan (San Jose Earthquakes), Jovan Kirovski (Los Angeles Galaxy), Pat Noonan (New England Revolution), Ante Razov (Chicago Fire), John Wolyniec (MetroStars).
