Liverpool Close to Remy Signing

Liverpool on Monday activated the release clause of Queens Park Rangers striker Loic Remy, agreeing to pay the new Premier League club 8.5 million pounds ($14.5 million). Remy is now expected to join the Reds on the club’s preseason tour in the U.S. to complete a medical and discuss personal terms.
