Landon's 140th: Sliding shot into upper net

[VIDEO PICK: Donovan Scoring Record] After announcing he'll retire following this season, Landon Donovan has done his best to ensure his record for all-time MLS goals may never be broken.

On Saturday, he scored in his second straight game, in a 2-0 win over Vancouver, his 140th strike in regular-season play.

Of active players on the MLS all-time leading scorers, Toronto FC's Dwayne De Rosario is next behind Donovan with 103 goals and then comes Edson Buddle with 100.

Donovan sneaked past his marker and slid in to meet a low cross (or shot) from Robbie Keane to slam the ball into the upper net.
