Arrests Mar Roma's UCL Win

Police arrested three fans prior to AS Roma’s UEFA Champions League opener against Russian side CSKA Moscow on Wednesday amid reports that one CSKA fan was stabbed and another picked up a head injury. Some 15 CSKA fans were arrested following the Group E encounter, which the Italian side won 5-1. Other reports claimed that flares were being thrown at stewards, which caused the temporary interruption of the game. According to Football Italia, the situation is said to be “under review.”
