This is how you score from 90 yards

[VIDEO PICK: Golazo] SC Paderborn 07, playing its first season ever in Bundesliga 1, finds itself in first place after four games thanks to two wins and a tie.

Its second victory came on Saturday and included a goal from Moritz Stoppelkamp that has been measured as the longest strike in German league history.

Paderborn was leading 1-0 with in the second minute of stoppage time when Hannover sent its goalkeeper, Ron-Robert Zieler, into Paderborn's penalty area in hopes of getting a last-gasp goal off a free-kick cross.

The effort, however, was cleared with a defensive header to Stoppelkamp, just a few yards outside his penalty area.

The 27-year-old midfielder controled the ball with his chest and after a bounce volleyed it into Hannover's net.

"I didn't even know I could hit the ball so far," Stoppelkamp said.
