AS Roma on Tuesday confirmed that midfielder Daniele De Rossi has a first-degree calf injury, making him a doubt for upcoming games against Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League andagainst reigning Italian champ Juventus in Serie A. The center midfielder came off during the closing stages of the Giallorossi’s 2-0 win over Cagliari. According to Roma coach RudiGarcia, De Rossi is likely out until mid-October.
