MLS's nouveau riche dominate millionaire club

[MAKING A LIST] Big money has been flowing into Major League Soccer. Of the 15 players who make $1 million or more in guaranteed compensation, 10 entered the league or received a pay raise to push them into the millionaire club since the start of the 2013 season. Kaka, currently on loan from Orlando City to Sao Paulo, is the highest-paid player with guaranteed compensation of $7,167,500.
