Bankrupt David James to Auction Soccer Collectibles

Former England goalkeeper David James will auction hundreds of items of soccer memorabilia collected during his career after declaring bankruptcy in May. Among the items being sold through London-based auctioneer Hilco are 150 signed shirts, shorts and game balls. James, 44, won 53 England caps during a career that spanned Liverpool, Aston Villa, West Ham, Manchester City, Portsmouth, Watford, Bristol City and Bournemouth. James is currently goalkeeper and coach of Indian Super League team Kerala Blasters FC.
