No. 4 seed Clemson, which beat Wake Forest in a shootout. The Irish did not face the Tigers during the regular season.

Ivan Gutierrez scored in the 76th minute to lift Louisville to a 1-0 win against North Carolina, ranked No. 2 in the Soccer America Top 25.
