Luis Suarez has finally opened up about his feelings on the four-month ban he received from FIFA for biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini during the World Cup last summer. In anexcerpt from his autobiography, Mi Vida, Luis Suarez, published by Spanish sports daily Marca, the Barcelona striker claims he was “treated like a criminal.”

TheUruguayan goes on to say that biting is “relatively harmless”, before comparing his three separate infringements to boxer Mike Tyson’s famous bite on Evander Holyfield: “It wasmy fault,” he said. “It was the third time something like that happened and I needed help, although I was an easy target. Biting frightens a lot of people but it is relatively harmless, atleast in the incidents I was involved in. None of my bites was like Mike Tyson’s on Evander Holyfield, but nobody cares about that.”
