TV Report: Univision's Liga MX final draws 3 million viewers

Univision's coverage of the second leg of the Liga MX final between Club America and Tigres averaged 3 million viewers, making it the most-viewed Liga MX Apertura final since 2006 on any network. It was also the most-viewed club soccer match on any U.S. network in 2014.

The audience was more than double the most-viewed EPL match ever on NBC or NBCSN.

The America-Tigres game also aired on UDN, where it averaged 438,000 viewers, the most ever on Univision's sports-only network and more than on any other cable sports network in prime time on Sunday, regardless of language.
