Schalke Signs Nastasic on Loan

Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic on Monday secured a loan move until the season’s end at Schalke with the German club paying a 2 million-euro ($2.4 million) fee plus the defender’s 50,000 pounds-per-week ($75,750) wages. The Bundesliga giant also agreed to a clause whereby it can purchase the 21-year-old’s contract at the end of the loan agreement.
