Worra was named the 2013 America East Goalkeeper of the Year with a 0.55 goals against average. He spent the 2014 summer season with the NPSL's Carolina RailHawks U-23
"Travis earned a contract with his showing in preseason,” said D.C. United general manager Dave Kasper. “Travis has very good quickness and shot-stopping abilities, and we look forward to getting him into our environment.”
-- Orlando City signed UCLA goalkeeper Earl Edwards Jr., who was selected in the third round of the SuperDraft. He joins three goalkeepers under contract in Donovan Ricketts, Tally Hall, and Josh Ford.
