A week after a deal for a stadium at the Utah State Fairgrounds fell apart, Real SaltLake owner Dell Loy Hansen has signed a letter of intent with West Valley City, a Salt Lake City suburb, on an exclusive 60-day negotiating windowregarding an 8,000-seat stadium in the city to be the home to the new USL Real Monarchs and perhaps in the future an NWSL women’s team.
