Suarez: Playing for Barca Harder Than Liverpool

In an interview with German sports daily kicker, Luis Suarez admits it is more difficult playing for Barcelona than it was at Liverpool, his previous employer, because he is afforded much less space in Spain than he was in the English Premier League. Despite a tough start to life in La Liga, the Uruguayan has eight goals and nine assists in 19 league games this season. During the interview, Suarez also sounds off on his biting ban during last summer’s World Cup, saying he was treated as a “hooligan” by FIFA.
