On Saturday, FC Dallas rallied to beat the LA Galaxy, 2-1, on goals by Blas Perez and Tesho Akindele, both set up by playmaking wiz Mauro Diaz, and stay on top in MLS's Western Conference with Vancover, which beat troubled Philadelphia, 3-0. In the Eastern Conference, D.C. tied Sporting KC, 1-1, to regain a share of the lead with New England, which had to settle for a 2-2 tie with Orlando City on Friday night.
Both Kei Kamara and Clint Dempsey scored twice in Columbus Crew SC's 3-2 win over Seattle to move into the league scoring lead with seven goals apiece.
