Aron Johannsson undergoes surgery for nerve disorder

"We ran out of options to treat him conservatively and were unable to keep him pain-free in a sustained manner," said Werder Bremen team doctor Philip Heitmann.
Johannsson, who scored two goals in his first six Bundesliga games after joining Bremen from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar, is scheduled to return to Bremen with in a few days and will be out for at least “the coming weeks.”

It's OK Dan...Jo Don't play Hi-Forward, like Jozy...We got Morris and Woods...So hopefully we have seen the Last of Jozy...Jo was the Replacement for Dempsey at Lo-Forward...Sure would like to see Rubin or Zelalem in that Floating/Flakey Dempsey Role...
Johansson and Dempsey were both in one of the Gold Cup games (Cuba), and seemed to complement each other very well. But I'll take Bobby Wood or Rubio Rubin over lazy/Jozy any day!

At least Jozy can score. Aron shows nice touch, but does not score enough.
