Mixed reaction -- from same man -- to Russia's protectionist move

Russia, host of the 2018 World Cup, is moving to bolster the development of young players by limiting the number of foreigners club teams will be able to have on the field at any given time. There's been mixed reaction to the move. Russia's national team -- not surprisingly -- likes it. The coach of CSKA Moscow, which has the financial resources to compete on the international market, is opposed to the rule. It just so happens they are one and the same person. Leonid Slutsky, CSKA's head coach, was handing the job of coaching Russia's national team after he exit of Fabio Capello.
