Concacaf Olympic women's qualifying results

The USA will play Trinidad & Tobago and Canada will meet Costa Rica Friday in the semifinals of the Concacaf Olympic women's qualifying tournament with berths at the Rio Olympics on the line for the winners.

Canada got hat tricks from Duke's Rebecca Quinn and Ohio State's Nichelle Prince as it beat Guatemala, 10-0, and won Group B with three wins by a margin of 21-0. Kennya Cordner scored twice to lead Trinidad & Tobago to a 5-1 win over Guyana that gave the Women Warriors second place.

    Am I missing something or did T&T actually play Guatemala rather than Puerto Rico?
    "Bizzaro", he's that weird guy from Superman comics. Guess that explains the confusion.
    The game can be replayed on NBCsports.com, and you can see for yourself. Even the commentator knew what the offense was. That was not so much bizarre as it was surreal.
    The T&T player after the match still didn't understand for what she was penalized.
    It's our old friend, deliberately handling the ball. Doesn't seem all that bizarre. It's hardly the first time a player picked up the ball thinking it was out of bounds, and it won't be the last.
    Pretty bizarre reporting though, and yet another example of how you just don't know from where the entertainment value of the game might come.

    Come On guys! Get your facts straight. First, Canada beat T&T 6-0. Second, Guyana has the edge over T&T on goal difference.
