After unveiling its new uniforms, the Columbus Crew faced enough social media backlash to enlist players Michael Parkhurst, Wil Trapp, Justin Meram, Ethan Finlay and Gaston Sauro to read mean tweets about the new design.

    Adidas should pay attention to how the uniforms relate to TV viewers. Those "one color in front, another color on the sides and/or back make it hard for TV viewers to follow who is on which team.

    hahaha...I think the Adidas designer is covertly displaying his thoughts on the quality of the MLS. Easy fix - match the socks to the shorts ...

    Boy those are ugly AND poorly designed. It looks like no effort was made to coordinate the shirt, the shorts and the socks (and it rarely works to combine 2 very light colors). I like the comment about how they crew fans hated the flag (using the colors) and now they've doubled down on it. The Crew is geographically the closest MLS team to me, so I generally cheer for them, but these uniforms will make the games hard to watch...
