U.S. Abroad: Saief sets up second Gent goal

Israeli-American Kenny Saief came off the bench and assisted on Gent's second goal as it fell to Wolfsburg, 3-2, in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16.

Saief, who entered the game in the 62nd minute, cut a ball in from the left side with his left foot to Kalifa Coulibaly, who scored at the near post to give the Belgian club a ray of hope. It had trailed, 3-0, at home after 60 minutes.

MEXICO. Miguel Ibarra scored a goal and added an assist as Leon tied Zacatecas, 2-2, in the Copa MX.

Joe Corona and Sonny Guadarrama started for Dorados in a 2-1 win over Juarez. Cesar Romero came off the bench for Coras de Tepic in their 2-0 win over Tijuana, which started Michael Orozco, Paul Arriola and Fernando Arce Jr. and brought Amando Moreno off the bench.
