U.S. women are headed to Olympics after easy win

The USA easily qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics with a 5-0 win over Trinidad & Tobago in the semifinals of Concacaf Olympic women's qualifying at Houston's BBVA Compass Stadium. It will join Canada, a 3-1 winner over Costa Rica, as the Concacaf representatives at the 12-team women's soccer competition.

Alex Morgan scored her third career hat trick, while Tobin Heath and Carli Lloyd also scored. Youngsters Mallory Pugh, Lindsey Horan and Morgan Brian contributed with a combined four assists.

The USA, which faces Canada in Sunday's final, has won its first four games by a margin of 21-0 and has outshot its opponents by 98-6.
