Scott Goodwin announced that he's leaving USL club Louisville City FC to attend Harvard Medical School in the fall and become a doctor.
“I would like to begin by
saying how great it is to be part of this incredible club and organization," Goodwon, 25, said in a club statement. "However, I have chosen to accept a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue a
medical education at Harvard Medical School starting this fall."
The former University of North Carolina star has started in 37 games in all competitions for second-year Lou City.
