The 31-year-old Kranjcar, whose previous clubs include Queens Park Rangers and Dynamo Kiev, scored on goal and made one assist in 404 minutes for the Cosmos.
Kranjar made seven appearances and six starts for New York in the Spring Season, scoring one goal and adding an assist in 404 minutes.
