The Quakes will have their Panamaniacs available for a game at Real Salt Lake Friday.
Red cards issued to Panama internationals Anibal Godoy and Alberto Quintero last week by referee Alejandro Mariscal have been rescinded by the Independent Review Panel of the MLS Disciplinary Committee.
The players were sent off with straight red cards for tackles in midfield and left the Quakes with nine men for most of the second half, during which Simon Dawkins scored for a remarkable 2-1 victory over Toronto FC. The review panel ruled in favor of the players on appeal.
Godoy is still one caution away from suspension for accumulated yellow cards heading into the RSL match. He has sat out one-red card suspension this season, in a May 7 game against Seattle, for receiving two cautions in the previous match at Philadelphia.
