What They're Saying: Boston mayor Marty Walsh

“If there’s an opportunity for solutions to traffic, I think it would be a great fit."

-- Boston mayor Marty Walsh, seemingly open to the New England Revolution building a soccer stadium at the Bayside Expo Center site in Dorchester -- if traffic improvements were made in the surrounding area. (Boston Globe)

If they can pull it off, don't use turf.

Ugh, I never get into traffic going to Gillette. I hate that it's a football stadium but traffic to and from Boston is getting worse and worse and worse. However, I doubt this will happen. The Boston media hardly ever covers the Revs, didn't even mention their Open Cup semi-final win, no one seems to care that they don't so the support will be minimal.
