Brandon Vazquez became the second youngest American to play for Tijuana when the 17-year-old forward played his first game for Xolos in its 1-1 tie with Lobos BUAP in Copa MX.
Amando
Moreno had the goal for Tijuana, which has played seven Americans this season and is tied for first place in Liga MX.
Vazquez, who hails from Chula Vista, California, across the
border from Tijuana, represented Mexico at the youth level before switching and representing the USA at the 2015 Under-17 World Cup.
Fernando Arce Jr. was 17 when he played for
Xolos in Liga MX in 2014. The son of the Mexican international of the same name is now playing on loan at Dorados.

at the 2013 Under-20 World Cup, has spent three seasons with the second division Oaxaca team after beginning his career in Mexico with Tigres.
