What They're Saying: Megan Rapinoe

"I mean really disappointed, to be honest. That’s not our team, that's not what this team has always been, that’s not what this team will be in the future. ... And we’ve been on the winning side quite a bit and when we find ourselves on the other side we need to handle that graciously and unfortunately that wasn't the case."

-- Megan Rapinoe on teammate Hope Solo calling Sweden "a bunch of cowards" after the USA's Olympic quarterfinal loss. (NBC Sports)

Soooo, what does this say about Solo? And since the WNT didn't to the job well enough, how come there have not been any calls, cries, complaints about Coach Jill being out coached, and no calls for her "ouster" like there have been for JK? Is there a double standard here? OK, ok, ok! I know there is avast difference in scenarios, backgrounds, etc., but come now, really?

Your a manager/coach Ric do you think Klinnesman should not be fired for the job he has done with the men's national team. Has their game got better in the time he has been there?

I like Megan as a player. But I think on some of the other things she says she talks too much. She should just play the game and shut up.
