Florida State freshman Deyna Castellanos scored one of the most stunning goals ever at a FIFA tournament when she scored the winner for Venezuela off the kickoff following Cameroon's equalizer
late in stoppage time at the Under-17 Women's World Cup.
The goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time gave Venezuela a 2-1 win.
Castellanos, who also scored the first
Venezuela goal, won the Golden Boot as the top scorer with seven goals at the 2014 U-17 Women’s World Cup, where Venezuela finished fourth.
She scored five goals in eight games
for No. Florida State before heading to Jordan for the Under-17 World Cup.
