CCL: Torres' Tigres clinches berth in quarterfinals

Tigres, the 2016 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League runner-up, clinched a berth in the 2017 quarterfinals with a 3-0 win over Herediano. American Jose Torres was a second-half sub for the Monterrey team, the first Mexican to clinch a berth in the knockout phase.
