Convicted Venezuelan soccer official agrees to forfeit $16 million

Longtime Venezuelan soccer federation president Rafael Esquivel's guilty plea to seven counts of racketeering, money laundering conspiracies and wire fraud in connection with the Federal investigation into FIFA came as no surprise. What was news: He agreed to forfeit $16 million, raising total forfeitures in the scandal to more than $200 million.
