CCL: Gonzalez's Pachuca finally shut out

Pachuca was held without a goal for the first time in 25 games in the Concacaf Champions League but will be content after escaping from the Estadio Ricardo Saprissa with a 0-0 tie against Costa Rica's Saprissa in the first leg of the quarterfinals.

The Tuzos' best chance came when American Omar Gonzalez had a goal in the 34th minute be disallowed for offside.

Saprissa was captained by Roy Miller, who will join the Portland Timbers after the CCL.
