Patrizia Panico will make history when she will become the first woman to coach an Italian men's national team, taking charge of the U-16s for two
games next week
Panico, whose career included a stint with Sky Blue FC, is an assistant to Coach
Daniele Zoratto, who will be away with Italy's U-19 team.
The U-16
games will be against Germany in Verona on March 22 and Caldeiro Terme on March 24.
