The Asian Football Confederation has charged two-time Asian champion Guangzhou Evergrande with breaking ethics rules and improper fan behavior after fans of the Chinese club unfurled a banner with the
words "Annihilate British Dogs" during their Asian Champions League match against Hong Kong's Eastern on Tuesday.
Japan's Kawasaki Frontale was cited after fans of the club displayed a
flag of the Imperial Japanese Army until the end of World War II at the match with South Korea's Suwon Bluewings at Suwon World Cup Stadium.
