Leroux, who has 35 goals in 75 caps, missed the 2016 NWSL season as she gave birth of her son in September
2016. An ankle injury had slowed her in 2015 when she went scoreless after playing just 181 minutes at the World Cup in Canada, where she was born.
Leroux, who has started all six games
for FC Kansas City this year, is one of 11 players in Jill Ellis
' 21-player squad for the Scandinavia trip who were on the team in 2015 when it won its third world title.
