Canada won't pick Larin for Gold Cup roster

Orlando City striker Cyle Larin, who faces a misdemeanor DUI charge in Florida, will not be part of Canada’s 23-player Gold Cup roster. He is currently suspended by MLS while undergoing an assessment under the terms of the league’s mandated Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program.

    The Canadian Soccer Association said given that, Larin won’t be selected as a candidate for bishop of Toronto. "He just doesn't have the vigorous moral fiber required at this level of the commitment", said acting Archbishop Steve Reed. "And besides, We already have tons of talent at that position."
